Description

The building bears a strong Renaissance memory, as is evoked in the palace's facade by the ground floor, characterized by rustication, both around the windows and in the corners, as well as in the central field. Similarly, the pilasters frame the entrance portal, flanked by austere Tuscan columns, surmounted by a balcony, according to a disused Baroque model.

In the second order, the oblong windows open between short surfaces of simple slatted plasterwork until they reach the attic floor with windows that are almost compressed by the cornice. Inside the building, however, in the room of the counters, the recovery of that floral memory that has in Ernesto Basile the protagonist of the Liberty style prevails.
