Description
This private tour of Taormina and Castelmola starts from a meeting point agreed with you beforehand. After a short introduction, the first destination is Castelmola, where you reach the square with its castle and take in the typical streets of the village.
The last stop of the main route is Taormina. You can stroll Corso Umberto, which follows an ancient Roman road, to the large square that faces the sea, and wander through the old streets to the famous Greek Theatre. Afterwards you stop at a viewpoint known as the Balcony, with a view of the beach of Isola Bella.
On request, the tour can finish in Messina. The route then passes the Sanctuary of Christ the King, with its view of the Strait of Messina, and ends at the Cathedral and its astronomical clock, described as the largest in the world.
